We are expanding this event into a two day event, and will be conducting a “field school” on Saturday, which will include instruction and practical experience on items such as construction of abates, cheveaux-de-frise, brush huts, camp kitchens, open order maneuver and fighting, etc. . . We will construct items on Saturday and use them on Sunday for interpreting. A class for our musicians is also possible. I hope you will all plan on attending. This is a fine site,and we have plenty of firewood, and easy access to water and sanitary facilities.
